This weeks brings attention to the quality education being offered at nearly 8,000 Catholic schools in our country. An annual event since 1974, this week honors the more than 163,000 teachers who educate 2.5 million students. Catholic schools also use this event as a time to recognize contributions of parents and volunteers. New student registration takes place at this time.
