Yellow Phase Music
Hello all my dear choir family,
This weekend begins the yellow phase and the reopening of our beloved Holy Trinity Parish. If you did not receive guidelines via email they are on the this website.
Regarding music Monsignor, Kathy and I attended a webinar this past Wednesday, June 3, 2020. Unfortunately singing is a complicated risk which needs to be implemented carefully. Due to Monsignor's upcoming surgery on June 16th it has been decided that we will have a soft beginning till he returns. So, there will be no singing at this point. After Monsignors return we will start with only an organist and a cantor from the choir loft. Choirs are not permitted until further notice.
The choir loft is not open for seating. When you enter the Church you will need to socially distant donwstairs in a pew. When we do go back to music only two people are allowed in the choir loft, the organist and cantor.
This makes me sad sending this but we have to put safety first.
Love to all,
Mrs. Merk
